Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Mulpuri is the Chief Executive Officer of View Inc. He is responsible for the strategic direction and the financial and operational performance of the company. Prior to View Inc., Dr. Mulpuri held several executive positions at Novellus Systems, most recently as President of Novellus Systems Japan and Vice President and General Manager of the Integrated Metals Business Unit. He holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, India, MS in Manufacturing Engineering, and Ph.D. in Materials Engineering from Boston University. He also completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Mr. Bammi is the Chief Marketing Officer at View Inc., and is responsible for leading the Product Management, Corporate Marketing, Business Development and Sales Operations functions for View. Most recently, he was the Global Vice President of Product Management and Marketing at Lumileds, where he helped double LED revenues to over $1 billion in four years. Mr. Bammi brings over 20 years of P&L, Product Management, Marketing, M&A, Strategy and Engineering experience from leading companies such as Lumileds, KLA-Tencor, Hynix Semiconductor, National Semiconductor and Motorola. Mr. Bammi holds an MBA from Stanford University where he was an Arjay Miller scholar. He also holds an MS in Chemical Engineering from Arizona State University, and a BE in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in India.

Mr. Harrison is the Chief Operating Officer at View Inc., and is responsible for the manufacturing and operational functions across the company. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President of corporate integration and manufacturing at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, where he was responsible for integrating the IBM Microelectronics business into the company. Mr. Harrison is a proven technology executive and brings to View over 35 years of business management, engineering, development, and manufacturing experience from leading companies such as Intel, Solyndra, and Numonyx. Mr. Harrison holds a Masters of Business Administration from Santa Clara University as well as a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University. Mr. Harrison has also spent 2 years in the Seattle Mariners farm system after a 4-year letterman career at Stanford and completed the prestigious Hawaii Ironman World Championship Triathlon.

Mr. Fay is the Chief Financial Officer at View Inc., responsible for leading all aspects of View’s financial operations and working with the executive team to develop, drive and execute financial strategies. In December 2016, Mr. Fay was named CFO of the Year in the venture-backed category by the Silicon Valley Business Journal. He was recognized for his contributions to organizational growth, leadership skills and successful direction and delegation of corporate finances. Prior to View Inc., Mr. Fay was CFO and General Counsel of NeoPhotonics Corporation where he helped grow the business to a $300 million revenue run rate and raised over $300 million in equity and debt capital. He also led a highly successful IPO in 2011 on the New York Stock Exchange. Previously Mr. Fay was Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs and General Counsel for @Road, Inc. At @Road, he helped grow the company from the start of revenue as a venture backed private company, through a successful IPO on The Nasdaq Global Market, and ultimately to a sale for $500 million. Earlier in his career, Mr. Fay was a practicing corporate and securities attorney at the Venture Law Group, where he worked on numerous financings, acquisitions and other IPOs for venture backed technology companies. Mr. Fay holds a Juris Doctor Degree with honors from Harvard Law School and BA degrees with honors in International Business and French from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois.

Mr. Klawuhn is the Vice President of Product Management at View Inc., responsible for all aspects of the product and technical business development, including strategy, definition, positioning, and quality. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Mississippi Energy Institute. Mr. Klawuhn has more than 15 years of experience developing new thin-film product businesses at Novellus Systems and Varian Thin-Films. He has held technical, product management, and business development positions, providing a unique perspective into developing and launching new products. Mr. Klawuhn holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Santa Barbara.

Dr. Rozbicki is the Chief Technology Officer at View Inc., leading the technology team in the development of all aspects of electrochromic products. He is also responsible for all external technical collaborations at View Inc. Dr. Rozbicki’s career has focused on transitioning new deposition processes and equipment into production. He has 10 years of technology and project management experience, and was formerly Senior Director of Technology in HDP CVD Business and Director of Technology in PVD Business at Novellus Systems. Dr. Rozbicki holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and Ph.D. in Material Science and Engineering from Boston University.

Mr. Shrivastava is the Vice President of Engineering at View Inc. He is responsible for the design and development of processing and automation equipment, as well as controls systems. He has 20 years of experience in engineering leadership, including 10 years in manufacturing automation and nine years in semiconductor equipment development. Mr. Shrivastava was formerly the Vice President of Engineering at Oorja Protonics, Inc. Prior to that, he was at Novellus Systems, where he was responsible for multiple large engineering organizations, focused on engineering innovation and production quality. Mr. Shrivastava holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from India Institute of Technology, Kanpur, MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island, and an MBA from Northeastern University.

Mr. Mendenhall is Chief Customer Officer, responsible for driving all of View's customer-centric activities in the United States and Canada. Mr. Mendenhall has more than three decades of experience in the energy and electronics industries. Prior to joining View Inc. he was President, Americas at Trina Solar Limited, where he oversaw 50 percent growth in quarter-on-quarter revenue each year of his tenure and helped the company lead its sector in market share. Before that he was President, North America at SunEdison, Inc., where he lowered construction costs by 30 percent and developed a cash-flow tool for improved forecasting. Previously he was president and general manager at Elo TouchSystems and general manager at Circuit Protection, both divisions of Tyco, and director and general manager at Raychem. Mr. Mendenhall has a BS in Physics from the University of California, Berkeley.

During his 15-year entrepreneurial career in the high-tech industry, Mr. Diner repeatedly demonstrated his savvy in conceiving compelling value propositions and building high-tech organizations to successfully execute aggressive business plans. Having joined Sigma Partners in late 2006, Mr. Diner applies his expertise by identifying strong entrepreneurs with good ideas to help build disruptive, market-leading companies. Mr. Diner was the Founder, President, and CEO of Qtera Corporation, which he led to become the leading provider of ultra-long-haul photonic networking solutions. Nortel Networks acquired the company for $3.25 billion, and Mr. Diner continued to lead Qtera as President of the wholly-owned subsidiary until 2001. Before founding Qtera, Mr. Diner was a member of the executive team at Siemens, where he helped establish and manage the company’s Optical Networks business unit in North America, which was later spun off as Optisphere Networks. Prior to joining Siemens, Mr. Diner led Pirelli’s pioneering activities in the optical amplifier and Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) markets. The optical systems division of Pirelli was later acquired by Cisco Systems for $2.15 billion. Just prior to joining Sigma, Mr. Diner founded Concept Ventures in 2005 by acquiring a portion of the assets of Applied Materials Ventures in which he served as Managing Director.

Jeff Evenson is the Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer for Corning, Inc. As a member of the 7-person Management Committee, Jeff has responsibilities including strategy implementation and special projects. Prior to joining Corning, Jeff was a senior sell-side analyst at Sanford Bernstein, where he was a consistent Institutional Investor All-Star in the Data Networking Sector. Prior to Corning, Jeff was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he was a leader in the technology strategy practice. During his career, Jeff has focused on strategy and finance for a broad range of technologies including data networking, smart grids, photonics, III-V semiconductors and drug discovery tools. Jeff holds an SB in Physics from MIT and a Ph.D. in Physics from Harvard, where he was a National Science Foundation Fellow. His thesis addressed the interaction of light and matter.

Nigel Gormly

Head of International Direct Investment, NZ Super Fund

Nigel Gormly is Head of International Direct Investment for the New Zealand Superannuation Fund, New Zealand’s sovereign wealth fund, based in Auckland. Nigel is primarily responsible for the Fund’s direct investments in energy, infrastructure and expansion capital as well as leading the Fund’s collaboration efforts with global investment partners. This includes holdings in many of the Fund’s largest investments including Z Energy, RetireAustralia and Horizon Roads as well as high growth companies including Bloom Energy, LanzaTech and Ogin Energy. Prior to joining the Super Fund Nigel spent 10 years with Fonterra, where he held a number of strategic development and commercial leadership roles, most recently as General Manager Commercial Ventures. Nigel’s early career was focussed on M&A and corporate finance advisory based in London, with assignments throughout Asia, Latin America and Europe. A Chartered Financial Analyst, Nigel has a BSc/BCom and a Graduate Diploma in Finance from the University of Auckland. He currently serves on the Board of LanzaTech and RetireAustralia.

Mr. Hambro joined First Solar in 2001, and as Chief Operating Officer, led the turnaround, startup, and growth efforts that culminated in First Solar becoming the preeminent company in the solar industry. After co-leading one of the most successful IPO’s of 2006, Mr. Hambro retired from First Solar in 2009. In April of 2012 Mr. Hambro joined First Solar as a member of their board of directors and continues to serve in that capacity. Mr. Hambro has extensive experience leading R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and general business aspects of Fortune 500 technology corporations, with particular emphasis on compound semiconductor based photonic devices. Prior to joining First Solar, he held positions of Vice President of Engineering & Business Development for Goodrich Aerospace, Vice President of Operations at ITT, and various technical management positions at Varian Associates. Mr. Hambro graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Science (Applied Physics).

Mr. Hughes brings more than 30 years of experience in the high technology industry, including service as a corporate officer in major multi-national companies. He has extensive experience in driving global commercialization of innovative technology-oriented products and has held key leadership positions in pioneering technology companies and brings broad financial, operating and business strategy credentials to View’s board. Mr. Hughes served as a director of Rambus Inc., a chip interface company from 2003 to 2012 and as its chief executive officer and president from 2005 to 2012, providing the overall vision and operational leadership necessary to drive growth. He started his career as a United States Army Officer before starting his private sector career at Intel. He held a variety of positions within Intel including treasurer, vice president of Intel Capital, chief financial officer and vice president of planning and logistics. Following his tenure at Intel, Hughes was the chairman and chief executive office of Pandesic, LLC. He holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts from the University of Wisconsin and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.

Tom Leppert has a distinguished record of accomplishment that has spanned managing companies in the role of CEO in a wide range of industries to leading a major US city as the elected Mayor. He has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Kaplan, Inc., a global multi-billion dollar educational services company; Chairman/CEO of The Turner Corporation, the nation’s largest general building company; Vice Chairman of Pacific Century Financial Corporation and its subsidiary, the Bank of Hawaii; CEO of Castle & Cooke Properties, Inc.; and National Partner at Trammell Crow Company. He began his career at McKinsey & Co. where he was elected a Principal of the firm. From 2007-2011, he was the elected Mayor of Dallas. He made the city a national focal point in the areas of public safety, economic development, education and the environment. He holds an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School and graduated cum laude from Claremont McKenna College He is a noted speaker and has appeared regularly in the media. He has been recognized as “CEO of the Year” by D Magazine, the “Texas Businessman of the Year” by the Texas Association of Business, and “The Global Cross Millennium Award for Corporate Environmental Leadership” from Global Green. He has also been inducted into the “Energy Efficiency Hall of Fame” and the “Dallas Business Hall of Fame”.
